Brief introduction of the product

The machine used the principle of straight pneumatic filling to improve and design. Person-machine interface PLC program control, it is atmospheric rotating filler. It integrates the machinery, photo electricity and pneumatic as a whole, its production speed high, measurement precision high, pneumatic timing filling, the material-falling mouth has the function of suctioning backwards, non-drool. It suits for the liquid filling of the industry such as the foodstuff, beverage, pharmacy, daily chemicals, pesticide and chemical industry.

1Advanced design

   1.1 Suiting for the filling of different sizes of vessel can change the filling sizes within a few minutes.

   1.2 If changing the filling sizes, only need modify some parts or take some adjustments.

   1.3 User may choose the filling-head number per own production capacity.

   1.4 The touching operation screen, can display the production state, operation procedure and filling ways etc.

   1.5 Each filling-head sets the bottle mouth-clamping device, ensuring the accurate aiming of the material-injection bottle mouth.

2. Unique filling way

   2.1 The design used the way of rotating bottle-feeding and bottle-discharging, steady bottle-feeding, fast filling speed, high production capacity, two times more than the straight filler.

   2.2 The machine used the international advanced pneumatic filling valve, the filling has the function of suctioning backwards, ensuring the filling to end non-drool.

   2.3 Strong support of PLC software, may realize the ideal filling operation.

   2.4 Friendly person-machine interface, all operations are completed on the touching color screen.

3. Accurate measurement control

   3.1 Using fixed sprue parameter to control the filling time realizing the filling of the different measurements.

   3.2 The precision time of the pneumatic valve filling may set to 0.01 second, can make the measurement precision control within ±1%, to decrease unnecessary material loss and enhance the economic efficiency.

   3.3 Each filling-heads measurement may be individually adjusted to realize the same filling measurement.

   3.4 The machine set such function: having counting program of bottle-feeding, doesnt fill as there is not bottle or the counting doesnt attain a predetermined position, can start filling only when the counter records that the bottle number is same as the setting filling number.

   3.5 More or less of the filling volume, may initially adjust to the needed filling volume, then micro adjust, can get the ideal filling measurement precision.
